The report was signed by Representatives Stevens, Coghill, Kapsner; and Senators Therriault (Chair), Wilken, Olson. The following fiscal note(s) apply to CCS SB 11: 2. Zero, Dept. of Education & Early Development Representative James moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 11. **The presence of Representatives Guess, Moses, and Hayes was noted. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS SB 11 Adopt Conference Committee Report YEAS: 22 NAYS: 16 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Coghill, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Harris, Hayes, James, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Green, Guess, Halcro, Hudson, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Morgan, Moses Absent: Kott, Ogan And so, the House adopted the Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 11. Representative James moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
